Our shipping rates are -
£2.50 – Standard Shipping (2 to 4 days)
£3.95 – Express (1 to 2 days)
£6.00 – Next Day - Royal Mail 24 tracked service
£10.00 - All international shipping (EU 5 to 7 days, rest of the world 7 to 11 days)
All international orders will be sent with a tracked service.
We aim to send any orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving them (Monday to Friday only). We print everything to order so during busy periods this could take longer.
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of an item (20 days for international orders).
We do accept returns for size changing but please check our size guide as all items are printed on demand, we are an eco friendly company so please think of the impact on the environment this will cause.
To return an item simply fill in the returns form printed on the reverse side of your address label and return the item.
Please make sure we know what size you need in replacement.
The items need to be in the original condition: unworn, unwashed no pet hairs no baby sick you get the drift and with all tags intact (tags where applicable)
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.
You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your items but we’ll send out exchanges at no further cost.
Refunds
For any items being returned for a refund, the payment will be processed on the same day we receive the return back with us and reimbursed to the original payment method.
If you paid with a debit or credit card please be advised that this can take 3-5 working days to show on your account.
If you paid with PayPal you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal to confirm your refund within a few minutes.
